Paul Simon has a child-like honesty...he lays it out there like it is. Simple and unaffected. His songs resonate so deeply. The words sound depressing but his songs make me smile..maybe because he doesn't sound angry. Just accepting of the way things be. This is a clumsy description. Better stick with "Wow". He's genius.
